The Reviews and Referrals system automates the process of collecting Google reviews from satisfied customers and generating new leads through referrals. It uses QR cards, email follow-ups, and optional postcard mail-outs to prompt feedback at the right time.

Ethical filtering ensures customers rate their experience privately first. Happy clients (4–5 stars) are directed to Google. Unhappy clients trigger internal alerts so you can resolve issues before they go public. After a positive review, customers receive a referral prompt with rewards for successful introductions.

8. Postcard follow-up (optional): For high-value jobs, a printed thank-you postcard with QR code is sent via Royal Mail.
